CONCEPTOS BÁSICOS DEL ENVÍO
Debido a las festividades, su pedido podría sufrir demoras en el procesamiento y en el envío. ¡Recibirá una notificación por correo electrónico cuando se envíe su pedido!
Nuestros métodos de envío son válidos para pedidos realizados antes de las 4:00 p. m. EST, de lunes a jueves, excepto feriados nacionales. No se realizan entregas durante el fin de semana con envíos urgentes o urgentes.
No podemos realizar envíos a apartados de correos.
Debido a que nos esforzamos por enviar su pedido lo más rápido posible, no podemos cancelar ni cambiar un pedido ya que el procesamiento comienza de inmediato.

POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO
Tenemos una política de devolución de 30 días, lo que significa que tiene 30 días después de recibir su artículo para solicitar una devolución.
Para poder realizar una devolución, el artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en las que lo recibiste, sin usar, con etiquetas y en su embalaje original. También necesitarás el recibo o comprobante de compra.

Todas las devoluciones están sujetas a un cargo por manejo de $10. Si devuelves artículos de varios pedidos, deben enviarse por separado. No proporcionamos etiquetas de envío para pedidos internacionales. No aceptamos devoluciones ni cambios de artículos de venta final.
Si se acepta su devolución, le enviaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución, así como instrucciones sobre cómo y dónde enviar su paquete. No se aceptarán los artículos que nos devuelva sin que haya solicitado previamente una devolución.

Daños y problemas
Inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y contáctenos inmediatamente si el artículo está defectuoso, dañado o si recibe el artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y solucionarlo.
Excepciones / artículos no retornables
Ciertos tipos de artículos no se pueden devolver, como los productos perecederos (como alimentos, flores o plantas), los productos personalizados (como pedidos especiales o artículos personalizados) y los artículos de cuidado personal (como productos de belleza). Tampoco aceptamos devoluciones de materiales peligrosos, líquidos o gases inflamables. Comuníquese con nosotros si tiene preguntas o inquietudes sobre su artículo específico.
Lamentablemente, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de artículos en oferta ni tarjetas de regalo.
Intercambios
La forma más rápida de garantizar que obtengas lo que quieres es devolver el artículo que tienes y, una vez aceptada la devolución, realizar una compra por separado del nuevo artículo.
Período de reflexión de 14 días en la Unión Europea
No obstante lo anterior, si la mercancía se envía a la Unión Europea, tienes derecho a cancelar o devolver tu pedido en un plazo de 14 días, por cualquier motivo y sin justificación. Como se indica anteriormente, el artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en las que lo recibiste, sin usar, con etiquetas y en su embalaje original. También necesitarás el recibo o comprobante de compra.
Reembolsos
Te notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado tu devolución y te informaremos si el reembolso fue aprobado o no. Si se aprueba, recibirás el reembolso automáticamente en tu método de pago original dentro de los 10 días hábiles. Recuerda que tu banco o la compañía de tu tarjeta de crédito también pueden tardar un tiempo en procesar y enviar el reembolso.

Exactly what I was looking for. The material feels good and I really like the small size. The bag does fit my wallet, thin Powerbank, a pen, earbuds, earplugs, keys and phone (Google Pixel 8a) without getting bulky. It could fit a little bit more but I prefer it not filled to the brim. The strap is pretty short, it's just long enough for me to war as a sling but I do regret not getting the extension and would recommend getting it just in case
